Description: This painting was so much fun to create! I challenged myself with the smaller scale canvas along with starting and finishing it in just a few days to make a gallery submission deadline!

Working on a small scale is always interesting as I have to try to incorporate all aspects of the composition as I would on a larger scale, and keep the same level of balance and abstraction in place.

The creative process required me to just go with the flow, and trust my intuitive instincts to work on the colours, shapes, and lines…similar to like solving a puzzle on the canvas.
