Description: The creation process for this vibrant painting required my inner child to take the lead and to view the canvas as a playground! I aimed to keep subtle impasto portions on the composition to add depth to the piece. I started the work with a solid pink base, adding layers of paint splatters through letting go. I continued to add a series of calculated circles as the final layers of the composition to create balance and geometric abstraction amongst the chaos of the background.

This painting aims to evoke a sense of joy to the viewer through the use of bold and bright colours and the hybrid of chaos and calculated abstraction.
