Description: The creation process for this piece was quite complicated in the layering of the composition but also equally as freeing. I began this painting by light paint washes, bold free flow paint brush marks, and overlapping large free flow circles - where I truly allowed myself to let go both mentally and physically.

As I continued to paint, I found myself alternating back and forth with the spontaneous free flow letting go onto the canvas combined with the calculated precision and control. The end result - a paradox. The free flow letting go onto the canvas combined with calculated precision and control resulted in the final completion of this piece. The final layers encompassed several meditative free flow circles, to tie the work together. The two contrasting styles intertwined together into a fine balance, creating the final composition of this piece.
