Description: The creation process involved with this piece was a true joy! I really pushed myself to let go, trust my intuitive self, and flow. The subtle indents visible on top of the red stripes are remnants of my finger tips; flowing through the buttery paint as I closed my eyes to just simply breathe. The minimalist yet bold red stripes as the final layer add a punch of contrast against the darker background colours.

Through creating this painting, I enjoyed experimenting with different tools and techniques to achieve the captivating black, white, and grey background.
