Description: ‘Serenity’ was an interesting painting to create as I used only black and white paints; through different brush strokes I created a unique grey colour gradient. This painting is meant to emulate simplicity, minimalism, and serenity through the basic colours and shapes. The feathery brushstrokes in the base layer aim to evoke a sense of calmness.
