Description:

I rarely hold back from sharing the intricacies of my works, as my artwork is a visual diary for my life experiences, growth, and healing. I feel it is essential for the viewer to understand the internal dialogue and mental state during creation, to resonate and comprehend the meaning behind the symbolism for my works through colour, shapes, and mediums.

However, this painting is one of my most intimate mental health related pieces yet…and at this time I do not feel ready to share the depths of it’s creation. I will share that the year long creative process entailed observing my internal dialogue, cultivation of mindfulness, letting go, mental health awareness and healing, and solidifying self-trust with my spiritual, emotional, and physical self - a true metamorphosis of my inner being.
